We are all familiar with the hassle, time and resources it takes to raise funds. De facto we need to put our business almost on-hold for a few months to free our time to chase brokers and investment funds. We all dislike the dilution, in particular when we know that we already have a well proven product in hand and wish to raise equity only when our numbers will double in a couple of quarters. In other cases, we run a great business that simply does not fit VCs but still look how to boost our revenues with fresh capital.

We move fast, money for us is just a tool for growth in order to achieve a much greater vision. We need the money now and our business cannot afford months of due diligence and legal processes.
